[00:00:00] Lakrish Mayes: It’s good to have people that can pray for you. Sometimes when you’re in that valley, you don’t know how to pray. You can get to a point where you become faithless, but it’s good to have those frames that can pour into you and get you back to being faithful.
When they went to the large crowd and the four men brought their paralyzed, man, there, just because they knew that God can heal him. You know, sometimes when you’re at your lowest point, it’s good to have. You know, iron sharpens iron, it’s good to have people in your corner that will lift you up when you just feel like you can’t do it.
So I’m just grateful just to be surrounded by a great group of people that are Christ-like ministry focused and just God driven and all about helping each other, elevate to the next level to do what God has us to do. So I’m just staying focused and keeping my back and knowing God will see me through each and every thing as long as I seek him.
And my name is Lakrish. I’m done speaking for now.
[00:00:58] Stacy Zant: incredible. Thank [00:01:00] you so muchLakrish, such an encouragement. For those of you who’ve been following us for some time here you all know we’ve been planning behind the scenes and we’ve already completed quite a number of interviews, and we’re just so excited to further equip you on your journey to fearlessly, create for the glory of the Lord.
And also simply to just do what it is that God has placed you on this earth to do, to fulfill your vision and your mission. And it’s so beautiful time after time, how our community is growing together. Right now, we are live finally on YouTube and some of you are starting to come in. Thank you for viewing live on YouTube here today, as well as of course, being here with you on clubhouse.
We are striving for excellence and God knows, just what we need when we need it. And we’re just always believing that God is working all things together for our good.
And so we’re so excited. We have a new setup here, and of course we have four speakers now I’m not outnumbered by the guys because [00:02:00] Oriana is joining me live as well. And of course, you’ll be hearing them as we all chime in. I’ll be bringing in their audio from the YouTube live, and we want you all to connect with each other to share how you’re being steadfast.
If you’re not able to come up on the stage and share your beautiful voices, we want to encourage you to share. your scriptures share your thoughts on this on the YouTube channel, if you simply go to the Stacy Zant YouTube channel to streamline everything, cause this is going to be released on the Radiant Pearl living podcast.
And that is where we feature our recorded rooms in the Christian content creator club. And we want you to connect with each other, follow each other, see the content that each of you are creating, whether it’s in podcast format or if you’re doing it. And all of these amazing ways that God has really opened the doors to us from clubhouse to our YouTube, to our podcast, to our social media channels and IgE TV life.
I mean the sky is the limit and we’re [00:03:00] showing up in all the places. So you guys are absolutely amazing. So we’re going to go ahead and keep it rolling. LaKrishYou’re such a blessing and we cannot wait to have you back on the screen. Next time you’re going to be camera ready. And we’re going to have you sharing your beautiful smile and shares and face.
I did see some comments coming in and we’re going to be getting that up on the screen. Now I want to hear from our brother, Joe, who is both here with me, live on the camera as well as here in the room. How are you being steadfast in the valley brother?
[00:03:30] Joe Sugg: Hey Stacy, I appreciate you having me here today. This particular topic is something that I particularly feel close to today. I woke up this morning junk. We are here in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and then there is a bunch of smoke that it has come into our area and it’s causing the ozone effect. create some bad air quality and when you’re breathing and breathing all this stuff, it just makes you feel horrible and it’s not bad [00:04:00] enough.
And you don’t have a whole lot of air conditioner and all the houses come in from the south. That a weird thing for me to even think about the windows at night and it stays nice and cool. You really enjoy some of that natural air conditioning. And that works really good. until you open the window and the smoke comes in, and then you wake up and your lungs are full of smoke.
They’re just dry and , you wake up drier than a martini at a nice bar. It’s just one of those things where you come in and you feel like garbage and, you know, I woke up this morning getting ready for my Bible study that I knew every single day. And I just didn’t feel like following through. I didn’t feel like continuing to create and, you know, And I got in there I just continue to pursue what God told me to do.
And I said, o.k. I was just going to put it out there the way you told me to. And what was interesting is that when I continue to show up. I continue to be set up in that moment. God showed up and he began to [00:05:00] touch me. He began to impact people’s lives. And I started getting inbox from people about how great it was, giving little fire emojis and how they were on fire and there was all this excitement.
And I felt like, man, I wish I felt some of that fire, I wish I felt some of that opportunity. And unfortunately, I didn’t but it was impacting other people. And so when I look at steadfast and continuing to press forth it, isn’t always about how we feel that that causes us to continue to pursue. The only time that we fail is when we fail to move forward, we have to make sure that we’re continuing to focus on our assignment, on our purpose, on what our focus is, where we’re going.
And when we do that, then enables us to really embrace what God is doing in and through our lives. And so I think of dry times and working through those dry times, that is the thing for me today. I don’t necessarily feel the way that I would [00:06:00] otherwise like to feel, but I do know that even when we don’t feel perfect, he still performs and so thankful that God is always in control.
My name is Joe. I appreciate the opportunity to be here and I hope you guys have a great day!
[00:06:13] Stacy Zant: Yay Joe!. Oh my Gosh, so so amazing!. and some of you may be wondering why I’m laughing. It’s because we had a little bit of a glitch happen and now all we’re seeing, seeing his knee on the screen, but we’re going to go ahead. Keep it going, you all are so amazing. And I just want to go ahead and thank you, Joe. If at any point you have any scriptures that you also want us to add to the screen.
I see so many of your lovely faces here, and we’re adding your comments here on the screen as well. And so I’m just looking forward to getting everybody back on here so we can make sure everyone is showing you all beautiful faces. And we’re just so blessed that you remain steadfast. You [00:07:00] took the time to make sure that no matter what it is, that you were encountering in your life, that you were going to go ahead and push forward
[00:07:07] April Scipio: hello, everybody. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome to Christian content creators club. Stacy is our founder and she is really amazing today navigating, leading while also being live on YouTube. So we just appreciate her and her vision for this community where we can not only connect here on clubhouse, but also connect on YouTube and interact and see each other.
And so we’re just so thankful to be a part of this community. If you are just coming in, we welcome you. Today’s topic is being Steadfast in the valley. We’re going to share what God is putting on our hearts. We’re going to encourage each other. We’ve already been so blessed by sharing some Oriana. Lucrece. And we’re just excited to see what God is going to do in this conversation.
If you’re in the listening lounge and you know, you want to come up and share, please raise your hand. We will be happy to hear, what God is saying to you, [00:08:00] Stacy, are you able to speak?
[00:08:01] Stacy Zant: Yes, and now we got everything going. I just, I mentioned it earlier and it’s happening live, you know, when you’re a perfectionist and you’re a person that’s striving for excellence. Sometimes you have. to Wooza!, you just have to go ahead and breathe and you just have to let God let go and let God right April!? That’s the, one of the reasons that you’re going to be doing, where we are able to truly let go. And just let God flow in the moment he’s been ministering to us. week after week we’ve been gathering together. We’ve been remaining consistent, and God has been drawing people, not only to, each other’s ministries, but wanting to be able to collaborate and see the message that God has given.
Go so much further. You always say this April and it’s so cemented in my memory from our. Impromptu you HGTV live that we did right after one of our rooms here on clubhouse, where you spoke of the fact that we were created for community. And I know even Joe, [00:09:00] he was also taking the time to spend time and saying guys we were created to create, and we know that he is the master creator.
Yes, Nii God is good. And his son, just hearing, people that are involved in our lives when we have to keep pushing forward and encouraging each other on this journey, Jeremy, who’s going to be speaking next. He’s been such an incredible blessing to our community. He talks a lot about purpose and then he also takes the time to record our rooms in written format.
So we can get that out on the blog and for the podcast. Guys, we’re doing it in all of the ways. So now I want to give it over to you, Jeremy, how are you being steadfast in the valley share and encourage us brother.
[00:09:43] Jerreme Wade: Thank you so much. I appreciate the room. My name is Jeremy Wade. I am a freelance writer, digital publisher and editor. I assist and state setbacks in allowing myself to curate these blogs and these articles and even captions for this Christian content creator [00:10:00] club, as well as the fearless content creator club.
I see it as a way of being able to allow God to work through me in order for me to get to the results and the outcomes and the desires of my heart. I think so many times that we look at how we can ultimately get to that top of the mountain, but we haven’t actually experienced the valley below.
And so when you look at the top of the. You have to look down because the only thing that is up is the sky. ultimately we can’t defy odds and float in the air. So when we look down, we reflect on the journey and I think sometimes we so bad once you get to the top of that. So that we can be at the peak of our performance, but we don’t even realize what it took to get there.
And we don’t, we don’t realize what we learned along the way, how we apply the knowledge. We learn, how we execute the connection. We make the network that we create, the people that we impact. And so when I came into this club and felt the [00:11:00] authenticity, the vulnerability, the way to listen, the way to learn the way to contribute the way to impact.
I knew that my presence could be felt by me, just leaning into my zone of genius and allowing me to ask others for help. Because when you ultimately become that resource that you think that you can do it all, that’s when you get lost. I think when you ultimately allow others to be able to contribute to you and you are able to contribute to them, even if you’re in that valley, you can see, you can look up, you can see the mountain and you can, you can, you can embark on that journey in that process with others, like-minded professionals that keep you stay up then, and you’re hoping God, and you’re hoping the journey.
And you ultimately have to believe in yourself because this journey is something that should never, ever be taken alone. And life is a journey. And so once you are, if you’re in that valley, if you live in the listening lounge or like you’re in that valley and you want to get to the mountain and you want to get to the top and you want to see where your pinnacle is, where the top [00:12:00] of that mountain is, what it’s like, you’re going to have to climb.
You’re going to have to go through adversity and pain. And you have to realize that you can’t have shortcuts. You have to go through in order to get. You have to go through in order to get to, and that, and that journey with like-minded professionals that will assist you and help you along the way will be very much appreciated. If you ultimately open your mind and open your heart to what God has to do, and with the desires of your heart, if you align them with his purpose for your life, everything will work out in due season. And God does things for season and a reason.
So I want to say thank you to Stacy, our fearless leader of the Christian content creators club, allowing me to write and curate these blog articles and even notes, and being able to listen and learn and come to rooms like this, and be able to be energized by my co-mods and the people on the stage that pour into me through a half of a work day so that I can finish the rest of the day on a strong [00:13:00] note shop with that being said, I want to end on this.
if you’re in the valley, look up, embrace the process and door and know that the best is yet to come. If you’re at the mountain top, if you’re on that, you’re at your peak. Just know that process that you got to to get through, it’s only up from there. So I want to say thank you, Stacy. I want to say thank you for all the minds that are in the room.
I really appreciate you all creating these spaces for me to just be able to be amongst a God-fearing men and women of God. And so thank you so much and I relinquish back to either April or Stacy.
[00:13:37] Stacy Zant: So, so incredible! What a blessing you are truly. I was just in awe, as you were sharing here and what this community has meant for you in this junction in your life. And, shortly after we connected in one of our previous removes way back in may, when we did the endurance panel and, having the opportunity to [00:14:00] go live and see you face to face and to hear the incredible story of what God has seen you through, you’ve remained steadfast, even, with some of the health challenges and the things that you’ve had to endure and to see how you’re just such a light.
And you’re such a blessing to everyone in the clubhouse community and beyond, as a believer. And so we know it’s not by coincidence that God led you here. And we just want to encourage everyone do tap in to our brother, tap into these amazing moderators and speakers here on the stage. These are my friends and it’s such a blessing and honor to serve alongside them and to hear how they’re remaining steadfast, because what they share.
and their journey is something that truly does.
Uplift and encourage us on this journey and reminds us that we are not alone, even when things get difficult. And it’s a scripture that is going to ground us. I want to turn our attention to our theme scripture. I sent out a message right [00:15:00] before we went live with this particular room. And of course with this particular live here on YouTube, a few of you are here with me on YouTube, and we want to see more if you head over here, because we want to add more of your shares and your scriptures and your takeaways on the screen.
So people can see your channels and they can connect with you as a content creator. And we’re just truly amazed at what the Lord is continuously doing. So one, it makes sure as we continue to navigate all of the incredible platforms and tools and resources that God has given on to us, let us maximize it, let us continue to strive for better.
And so the word of God says to us, therefore, my beloved brother. Be steadfast immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord, your labor is not in vain. So you know what? We can be working so hard sometimes for let’s say, quote, on quote, [00:16:00] the man, or we can be working so hard for a system or for ourselves, but you know what, at the end of the day, all of it is to naught all of it is going to go to ashes.
All of it is it’s not going to build up for eternity. It’s not going to last forever, but you know, what is it that’s going to last the work that we do for the Lord and for the kingdom. So we know that whatever we do in the Lord, it’s not going to be in vain. And so that within itself, it’s such a comfort, such a reminder, such a hope for us as we do what he has called us to do in this season and beyond.
Y’all I’m just so passionate about this, and I know you all are too, and I’m just just seeing a whole lot of shifting happening while I was here trying to get things situated here on the screen and you guys are amazing guys. This would not be possible without each and every one of us doing our part.
And so I just want to really encourage you all tap into each other, [00:17:00] look to your left, look to your right, see those who are remaining steadfast here on clubhouse and beyond, because these are going to be your brothers and your sisters your next partners and joint ventures in reaching out and seeing the gospel be spread far and wide guys, if you don’t see it, I sometimes don’t see it, but I will yet believe in the word of the Lord.
That is why we always say share the scriptures, share what it is that it’s going to keep you abounding in the work of the Lord. And remember that his promises are Yes and amen. Remember that Jesus has the final say it reminds me of that song who has the final say he has the final say, we are going to close it as we normally do in praise and celebration and in prayer, that is how we fight our battles. We fight our battles in the word, in prayer, in community and in praise. So with that, I’m going to go ahead and give it over. We didn’t get to record you earlier, [00:18:00] Dr. Jasmin. So we definitely want to hear you again. And we’ll just keep going down the line. Elizabeth, are you in a place that you’re able to share? SIS?
[00:18:08] Elizabeth Strauss: Thank you, Stacy. So lovely being with you guys again. Yeah. How we say that? Nobody in South Africa. Our valleys are beautiful. We have beautiful wine farms and everything is just so pretty when you go to one of those settings, you just wonder in that beautiful site. When you’re in there, I have to say, it feels like there’s no way. you feel like you want to just give up and just ask these moments every day and not focus on the future too much and not focus on the problems around you. And a lot of people that live in that areas are all people that doesn’t really need things. they have everything they want. It’s very rich area.
But when you have God,[00:19:00] you can’t just do nothing, you have to constantly be aware that we, are his ambassadors and we have a job to do, and we need to get people to Jesus and. Some plants To be steadfast in the valley for me means, even though it does very well and you want to stop and to know that you can rest when you need to rest, but your job, go on doing what you need to do for God. Yeah,
[00:19:42] Stacy Zant: I just love, love, love even the point that you ended with, how important it is for us to rest. Even Jesus took time to rest, after he said it was good and he created as Christian content creators, we’re taking a page out of God’s book, the word of God and the [00:20:00] example that he has set for us.
Elizabeth, I am holding that. So dear, as we’ve talked about in previous rooms on the acronym of thrive and we dwelled, I believe in one particular episode in room, we just talked about R, and we just kept talking about the value of resting. And, that is the battle that I was having in my mind, even earlier, and this may be a confirmation that you’re sharing Elizabeth, because I’m like, I don’t know if I should go ahead and take the month of August off to rest.
It’s the month that my husband and I celebrate our anniversary. If you guys aren’t seeing this Nii is sharing his words on paper and he says, rest is good. And these beautiful gold writing. Yes. The golden word. Yes. Rest is good. And for those of you who want to see the visuals, definitely check in and tune in on the podcast and the YouTube live.
But it’s just so amazing because sometimes we do need to constantly get that reminder to [00:21:00] rest. And maybe we need to be that reminder for each other, holding each other accountable in community when we’re overworking ourselves and recognizing that God. Wants to take us to a deeper place. And sometimes that requires us to step back.
Sometimes it requires us to be in the valley to be stretched. And sometimes, it’s our perspective, just like you said, Elizabeth, the valley can be a beautiful place that we can really find shelter. And shade in as we remain in that vine, I just love how God allows everything to flow together. For those of you who’ve been joining us for the first time we started our journey of being faith failed.
Then we went on further and being fruitful, and then we went on further in endurance and all of that has been building and building. And now we’re in the season of being steadfast and we have calendars to actually help you in all of those themes. From our 40 day scripture calendars to [00:22:00] our 30 day scripture calendars, you can get every single themed topical calendar at http://www.Christiancontentcreator.club.
We want to support you. We want to remind you just like you heard her sister Elizabeth say to find time to rest in the word, rest in community and rest in what God has given us as an opportunity in the season to run with. And so thank you for that. Great reminder. Today sis. Elizabeth hosts. Our faith at work room is a co-moderator and she hosts as an admin in our club even though she’s all the way in South Africa, she is such a blessing to us. So with that, we’re going to go and hear from Dr. Jasmine over to you lady,
[00:22:43] Dr. Jasmine: Blessings to you Stacy, blessings to everyone in the room. I tell you, this is truly amazing. And I loved the Lord with all my heart. I’m sold out. completely sold out.
I love him with all my heart and I’m excited to be here in this [00:23:00] session today Stacy. You are amazing. Thank you for this opportunity. And and I appreciate all of you for welcoming me to this amazing community. This is a power house community right here. This is a community where you will feel welcomed where you will be loved, where we will treasure you honor you. Uphold you. We will uphold you. Dearly is a place where you feel safe, I thank God for this space. It’s beautiful being in this room today to talk about steadfastness in the valley. I have to tell you when I saw that I got emotional. Because I’m telling you, when I think of the valley, there’s so many areas in our lives that we can be in the valley, you know, in our personal life or professional life.
In all areas of our lives, at some [00:24:00] point we can be in the valley, but as Jeremy shared earlier, you share beautifully, earlier Jerreme. And I like so much of what you said. You talk about when we’re in the valley. It’s a time to look up, right? It’s a time to climb, nobody wants to be in the valley forever. No, we want to get out of that valley, those difficult, hard experiences that we have to go through.
No one wants to dwell in those places forever. We want to get out, but how do we get out here and have a pity party? No, we have to do what Jeremy says, people of God, and to everyone in the room, I’m speaking life in your spirit right now Jerreme says we have to, climb the mountain. Right? To get out of the valley, [00:25:00] we have to climb
And we have to know when to climb right!? There’s a time for everything. And it’s in Ecclesiastes maybe, chapter 7 I don’t remember, but The Word of God says, there is a time for everything! Some of us wants to get out of that valley too early and it’s not God’s timing. So what we need to do is to ask God for what, his grace, because it is his grace that is going to sustain us there.
David says, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, so even why? Because God is with me. And so my encouragement to everyone in the room today and to myself,
don’t ever think that you are alone
God, in the person of the holy spirit, God, in your [00:26:00] heart,
He is there with you in the valley and you have nothing to fear. You have nothing to dread. You just need to look up to God, right? Because he’s looking down at you and he is the one who’s going to sustain you. I want to encourage you today. If you need to ask God for a fresh supply of his grace,
because he tells us in his word, No good thing will he withold from those who love him. And so in that valley Stacy a lot of times, we have to dig deeper and we have to pray more. and sometimes we have to, pray and fasting, but I can tell you people of God, you cannot and will not fail. If you hold on to God’s unchanging hand [00:27:00] in that valley the word of God says come unto me, all
right. So in that valley experience he will give you a rest unto your soul, right? And in the valley experience too we may be weak and worn and tired, but guess what? The inner man praise God is renewed day by day. That’s what the word of God says, the inner man. And that is why we are able to stand fast in the liberty, where Christ has set us free!
Because it is he who renews the inner man and we don’t have to worry when we’re in that valley, because God has a perfect time to bring us out and the testimony will not just be for you alone. But for all those who know you were in that valley, praise God. And so I want to bless you today. All things work together for good, for the good of them. That love the [00:28:00] Lord and are called according to his purpose, all things, including the valley experience..
So as the topic today is steadfastness in the valley, I want to encourage it to be steadfast, because God don’t like people who are double-minded
We cannot be in today and out tomorrow. Right? We cannot be enjoying when we’re up on the mountain top. We have to enjoy those valley experiences also because God is going to bring us out as pure gold, and we will have a testimony to tell for the Word of God says we will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. So
hold on, just trust in God and he will bring you out in his own perfect timing and you will be the better for it. I love you Stacy, I love everyone in this room. Praise God. I love you. And [00:29:00] God bless you, this is Dr. Jasmine.. I love the Lord with all my heart. You can visit my website, DrGordonMinistries.org. And there, you will learn a lot about me. I just want to use this time to encourage you.
If you want to know more, just hold onto those scriptures and those thoughts that I have shared with you and let’s do it together people of God. Let’s support one another and let’s climb that mountain together, praise God, and when we get on top of that mountain, we can all rejoice together!
I love you. Praise God. This is Dr. Jasmine and I yield the mic at this time..
[00:29:50] Stacy Zant: So, so, so incredible! yes. Look up to God. I just love how you reiterated so much of what was shared today. And we needed to get your [00:30:00] recording here on video, because let me tell you sister, Dr. Jasmine, you blessed our socks off. You blessed their hearts in so many ways. The scriptures I mean, that is just what we need Nii is holding up some more written thoughts here.
Enjoy your valley trust. God, it’s just so amazing to hear your journey, Dr. Jasmine, I mean, mothers off the gospel, that is one of the highlights of being in service. Being in the body, being in church is that the mothers, they are just always so filled up with the word of God and it’s oozing. It’s just pouring out of you.
And the young people who need to hear it, all of us here, I know we’re all young people in this room, right? They’re, we’re all at different levels, but God, but God, and the word of God is what we need to keep us focused to keep us on path. And to keep climbing our way through. When we find ourselves [00:31:00] in the valley, how powerful guys tap into Dr. Jasmine, she has an incredible book and we always love to champion. We know that you never really have to share what it is you do while you’re sharing and you’re encouraging people or checking out your bios. And we want to get you on camera. Hopefully one of these days, Dr. Jasmine or some of our amazing moderators that tap in and you pour in week after we come to what people to see your face, as they’re hearing your voice, and they’re learning from you and gleaning from the wisdom that you have.
The side of you and that you’re sharing through your books, through your podcasts, through your YouTube channels. I saw at one point the numbers skyrocketed here on YouTube. And so it’s been fun and amazing to see so many of you here on clubhouse, as well as here on the YouTube channel. And we’re going to keep sharing the scriptures and the encouragement that you guys are sharing.
We’re going to put it up on the screen so people can continue to keep the word before them. So with that, we’re going to keep it [00:32:00] going such a blessing to have you a part of our community here, Dr. Jasmine, and Oriana, we’re going to go over to you SIS, because we did not get to record your share. And so you’re here on screen with us as well.
I’d love for you to share how are you remaining steadfast in the valley?
[00:32:15] Oriana Chun: Thank you so much. Wonderful. Oh, you know, you were so right when you said that Dr. Jasmine was her providing that sense of wisdom that she’s given us. I was just full in the spirit I got excited. I’m like Yes, yes. And just a couple of things I wanted to share a couple things that blessed me
First I want to point out my brother Nii just for a second. He was holding up the signs, he’s giving visuals. I encourage ya’ll to definitely watch the video. And what you wrote was that rest is good. I liked it. Cause I thought he wrote it in gold [00:33:00] lettering. And you know, when you think about that, you think of a how precious it is, you know, when it comes to being steadfast in that valley, one of the things I live out in the desert, I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and then that’s how most people most people describe it as just being dry and the desert.
That’s actually very vast. And then that if you go up north you have the trees. And so I bring that up because Las Vegas actually sits in the valley, we’re surrounded by mountains and sometimes it seems like it’s so dry. It seems like we don’t know where we’re going to go. Sometimes 112 degrees, it’s hot. And then it’s like I’m in this valley, what do I do? But one of the things I wanted to remind you is, as we’re being there, we want to be mindful and just be encouraged that we weren’t going to get through.
As we continue to renew our mind. I have two scriptures that I do want to share with you all. I’m not going to read them because I don’t want to give you that to actually have it on the digital. But the first scripture is Romans eight and it’s the 18 verse through to the 25th, but the 18 verse [00:34:00] specifically, and it’s just reminding you about your mindset, about your mindset, you want to constantly renew that mindset and being here with our family here, this Christian content creator space it’s so wonderful because like brother joe spoke up earlier. he didn’t feel like doing what it was that called him to do but out of obedience, he did it. And even if he didn’t feel like he initially felt those fruits, those fruits came or build themselves because people were being touched out of his obedience. So when we’re in the valley, sometimes we don’t feel like doing these things, but we’re going to continue to do them because we’re doing them unto God.
And he will bless and these scriptures share want you all to look into a Romans 12 chapter, because the second verse on that, and again, I just want to remind you what we’re going through the valley. And in that many, many years ago, there was a thing, we had a gold rush out here in the west, and then there’s in the meals. Right. And then, so I want, you want to remember when you’re in the valley not only is there gold in the process, in getting to where it is we’re trying to get to, but as you’re [00:35:00] going notice the things that are around, and then it’s each step is going to be a little bit easier to breathe. I have asthma. So initially when I go, there’s some trouble, there’s some discomfort, there’s sometimes chest pains but and you’ll see some differences and sometimes you want to go back to the valley because it’s safe there, it’s comfortable but continue to move on because we want to go up and then you want to go over and there will be valleys that we’ll go to just run in the Lord just run to that secret place in that valley. And that God is going to continue to get you through, and you’re going to find those precious things while you’re climbing up the mountain. I hope that has been an encouragement to you My name is Oriana and I have to say I declare and proclaim peace to your heart, your mind, and then the homes where you reside. You all be blessed and see you soon!.
[00:35:56] Stacy Zant: So, so amazing! Ya’ll were blessed with the most incredible people here [00:36:00] in or sphere in clubhouse, the voices and just the community, such a blessing sister Oriana, such a blessing as always to have you a part of us here sharing. And we’re just so excited about what God is getting ready to do in your life sister.
You’ve been faithful. You’ve been obedient the wholesome work. I just love that. You always say, speak peace over you. There’s so much power in the tongue and what we say and what we proclaim. And it goes so far every time you have your Wholesome Wednesday where we are co-working together in the club, and we’re taking time to just listen, to calming peaceful music and to get work done and to be focused.
That is a part of us being steadfast in the valley. What a blessing. Thank you all for the work that you’re doing. Guys, tap into each other, tap into these incredible speakers and moderators. Those who I’ve given the moderator here, they’ve been with us consistently in the Christian content creator [00:37:00] club, hosting their own rooms and just sharing the gospel and the speakers here.
My friends, I cannot wait to hear your shares. And after these shares, we’re going to wrap up this tremendous room, but I just want you to think and to pause, think in this moment, reflect on the peace that surpasses all understanding. Let God wash over your spirit, even now, I know we close out in prayer, we cover each other.
But even in the moment that we’re receiving and we’re gleaning and we’re growing, let us just have that take root in our heart of hearts. Dr. Jasmine was sharing so many powerful scriptures earlier, and I kept having what I wrote down earlier, come back to the forefront that God makes everything beautiful in its time.
And so time is so precious, but when we can remember. But God is really allowing it all to work together for our good. He’s making it all beautiful. And we just have to just rest in this moment and [00:38:00] rely in his unchanging hand that whatever he’s allowing us to go through, it’s passed through his hands for a reason, and for season to get us to that place that he desires to launch us into our destiny and purpose.
So let’s continue to grab a hold of that guys. It’s so amazing. We’re going to go ahead and keep it going. I believe we’ve heard from April, LaKrish, Joe here on the camera as well. I want to go over to Chris now, Chris, you’ve been patiently waiting. I’d love for you to share with us. How are you being steadfast in the valley as you share and encouraging community with that?
[00:38:34] Chris Rosetti: Well, thank you very much for allowing me to speak today. My name is Chris Rossetti here in the city of San Francisco. Steadfastness in the valley is so important and applicable to my life for many years. And today I found something on the internet of all places at something that’s been passed around for several years.
I don’t know the origin. It’s very short. I’m going to read it and then read one short scripture and I’ll be done. It says this[00:39:00] a young pastor was attending a men’s breakfast in a rural area. He asked one of the older farmers in attendance to say the opening prayer, the old farmer began Lord, I hate buttermilk.
The pastor opened one eye and wondered to himself where this was going. Then the farmer said, Lord I hate Lard. Now the pastor was worried, but the farmer prayed. And Lord, you know, I don’t care much for raw flour as the pastor was about to stop everything the farmer continued, but Lord, when you mix them all together and bake them up, I do love those fresh biscuits.
So Lord, when things come up and we don’t like it when life gets hard, but we just don’t understand what you’re saying to us. And we just need to relax and wait till you’re done fixing it. And it’ll likely be even better than biscuits. Amen. [00:40:00] The scripture is Galatians six, verse nine and let us not be weary in well-doing for in due season.
We shall reap. If we faint not, I was set free from 30 years of depression. I’ve seen many of Valley. But for 21 years, I’ve seen that scripture come true. And I’ve seen that little story come true. Everything has worked out just fine. So everybody keep on keeping on. Thank you, I’m done!.
[00:40:33] Stacy Zant: Wow, Oh my word! That was so incredible! Chris, . your voice is so, so incredible. I loved the storytelling in that moment and what a beautiful story and reminder to us today, what a wonderful flavor to add to our conversation as well. Chris, I would love for you to just DM me record so I can go ahead. When we get this podcast up, I’d love to link over.
Since I believe this is the first time I’ve had the pleasure of having you [00:41:00] recorded here on our podcast. And yes, Nii is putting on the screen. I love biscuits with hearts, with the arrow coming through the heart, and it’s just, it’s so fun just to see the ways in which God can minister and speak to us, through the stories and our everyday living things we take for granted and, to hear your powerful testimony, that is your testimony, Chris, that you’ve been able to overcome depression and other things on this journey of life. And your perspective is so strong. You’re remaining steadfast.
And what a blessing, what a blessing to hear today. So we’re going to go ahead and have now crystal, I’d love for you to share, sis you’ve been through the storm. You’ve been through the valley. You’re such a blessing to our community, and we’d love for you to share how are you being steadfast in the valley as you share and encourage?
[00:41:50] Crystal: Well, thank you. They see this is still good and I’m not even sure if I can get through this or not, but I feel like. Yeah, authentic as possible because [00:42:00] I am actually in an experience in a valley right now, as we speak a real live deep valley and unexpected valley a terrible, horrible storm. And so I think about this and, when I saw your the steadfastness in the valley, how can I be steadfast in the valley when I’m in this deep valley and I’m kicked by this sudden storm.
And so I I began to talk to God about this. I’m like, Lord, you know, I know, you know what you said in your word, Lord, , I’m a leader. I have to lead people. I’ve done this for years. God I love serving people. In fact, I am a servant leader. God, why am I going through this valley? And so when I began to talk , the Lord began to press upon me the story of Job, you know, I’m thinking, Lord, you know, what do you mean, yes Job was a righteous man. And so he didn’t do anything wrong. You know, he [00:43:00] was righteous in his own eyes. So I began to think, Lord, why am I going through the storm? Why am I going through this valley? And God’s like, well, why not? You, Peter walked on the water in the storm. The woman was desperate who called out to Jesus to be healed.
And when she touched him with a plush of faith, she was made whole. And so when I began to think, Lord, what in the world am I going to do? He could get you just give me the strength. That fruitful, natural strength that we can get when we spend time in God’s presence and time, spend time in God’s word. Even though when you’re in the valley, there’s a spirit that comes and so I was reminded of a couple of scriptures and I jotted them down here where it says Isaiah 41 10.
It says, so do not fear, for. I am with you. Do not be dismayed for, I am your God. I will send you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. When I’m afraid of [00:44:00] Psalm 56, 3, it says, I put my trust in you. This is David talking in Psalms. And so through all of these scriptures Lord, you are speaking to me through your word, through spending time in your presence, as I walk with you like Adam and Eve, walked with you in the cool of a day in the garden you walk and talk with them.
You’re walking and talking with me too even through the midst of this valley. So not only are you with me, you are strengthening me. You are leading me and guiding me through your holy spirit through your Word. Even allow me access to this clubhouse app. I mean, I’m just so grateful and so thankful to be able to, come to the clubhouse app and be able to go into rooms and be able to share and be able to feel
God’s presence through a phone that’s the kind of God that we serve, even in the midst of the valley, God is with us in the storm and in the valley.
So I know what it means to be able to walk and talk with God and be steadfast every day [00:45:00] in God’s presence. I know what David means in Psalms 119, it says to meditate where I cling to your word. grabbed hold onto your word. Revive me according to your word, because now that I’m in the storm, I’m in the valley, I have no choice, but to trust God, But to hold on to him, even when the storm’s coming, yes these storms are dark
they’re very dark, reminded of the Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want, he makes me lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me beside still waters. He restores my soul. Yeah, though I walk to the valley of the shadow of death. I will fear no evil because he is with me. And I know that he is with me. And that’s how I can say and remain steadfast, remain motivated and remain inspired because I know that the God of the universe, the God who is our Redeemer Jesus Christ.
God loves us so [00:46:00] much. And that he sent His only begotten son Jesus to die for us to shed his blood for our sicknesses for our sins on the cross, at the cross. Not only that he gave us His word to grow wisdom. He gave it to the holy spirit to comfort her in the time that we need. He brings us back toremembrance he leads and guides us day after day after day he gives us new mercy tender mercy day after day and it just says, my grace is sufficient for the Lord.
Oh no, but my grace is sufficient. And so that’s, that’s how I’m staying steadfast and just trusting that God is getting me through this dark deep. He’s walking with me, I know he’s there I’m stronger. I’m closer to him than I had ever been. And so I guess sometimes we can ask God, Lord why me as Job did. And he was a righteous man, Lord, you’re doing everything right.
we’re doing everything right. And do what I’m doing. Right. [00:47:00] We’re doing all these things and in ministry and our jobs and homes and families, and you’re hit with a sudden storm.
You’re walking on your journey that you fall into this deep valley, that God is saying, there I am with you. I am holding your hand every step of the way. And also that that’s how I’ve been able to move on and go on because I just trucked out. I had no choice, but to trust him and have faith that touch of blood, touching Jesus, knowing that he’s given me power and he’s killing me to go forth and do the things He has.
Called me to do. And so thank you for this opportunity. Stacy it’s such a joy to be in your rooms. I’m just so excited and I’m so encouraged by all of your, your shares. It’s just so amazing how God has connected He loves us that much, that he connected, even through a clubhouse app and even on YouTube. that’s amazing.
The kind of God that we serve, that we can call Redeemer, that we can call friend the lover of our souls. My name is crystal and I’m done [00:48:00] speaking, thank you!.
[00:48:01] Stacy Zant: So amazing! thank you so much for sharing your heart and sharing even this moment of being in the valley with us. And we’ve been lifting you up in prayer sister, and you’ve been steadfast even in the midst of the storm and valley. And guys, I want you to speak Crystal’s name upon your lips and speak peace, speak, reassurance, speak life and life abundantly.
We want to cover our sisters and our brothers who are experiencing, even in this moment in the season. Know each of us can relate to being at some point or another in the valley in the storm, if we’re not going through it now, we know the word of God tells us we’re born for adversity. And so we have to continually look up as was shared earlier seeing some new scriptures, some new shares coming up on the screen here on YouTube.
Patricia Russell. Thank you for joining us seeing your beautiful [00:49:00] smiling face April. laKrish Elizabeth. Those of you who’ve been with us here from the beginning and you’re adding all of these incredible shares and scriptures here are on the live YouTube off of this particular room. We want to have you be richly encouraged and abounding in the work of the Lord and in the body with the scripture, being your guide and in whatever way that you’re able to take us with you on that journey, whether it’s better through audio format, as you’re doing your day to day work, we don’t take it lightly that you’re spending your valuable, precious time with us, or you’re deciding to tune in on the YouTube live, or maybe later on in the podcast when that release says we just want you to continually be encouraged on your journey.
And so as we’re getting ready in a few moments here, we’re going to wrap up in about 15 minutes. We’re going to close out this room. So we’re going to be turning off hand raising. So blessed that Patricia has joined us here, Vaughn and Dre, we [00:50:00] cannot wait to hear how you’re being steadfast in the valley.
And we want you to take this moment to just stay connected with everybody here. These are people that see the value of being steadfast, especially in the valley, as well as on the mountain top, wherever you are, God is there. And so we want you to just keep that at the forefront of your mind. If you’ve not yet sent me the scriptures that you’ve shared.
I know Jeremy he’s recording some of this. But it’s a lot, it’s a lot of incredible things that have been shared. Sometimes we have to go and rewatch the video after it’s been live, because this is going to stay up live. do a little bit more work in perfecting and getting things a little bit more excellent for the podcast.
So it takes a little bit longer, but at least you can see this right away and we can hopefully pull the scriptures. But if you want to make it easier for the steadfastness calendar to go out with your scriptures, that you’ve shared, then DM me those scriptures. And I can go on. [00:51:00] Add them, you can send me the actual scripture itself as well as spending time in being able to share the thought that really stood out that has to do with steadfastness because that is what we put on the calendar as well.
So with that, we’re going to go ahead and move on to Patricia sis it’s so good to have you on the screen as well as here in clubhouse. How are you being steadfast in the valley?
[00:51:27] Patricia: Thank you Stacy, Good afternoon, everybody? What a pleasure it is to be here with you to encourage you. I think we all got attracted to the title and believe it or not. A lot of what I was going to share has been shared. So this is confirmation for anybody who has been here for awhile and you didn’t really hear it properly.
You can hear it again, Chris, thank you for your share and Joe and crystal, everybody. Thank you for your transparency. Like Stacy said, at some point in time, we all know we’re going to hit it valley, but the word that encourages me this [00:52:00] afternoon is Psalm 23. And when I stopped and when I look and take the time, and when you understand the power of the shepherd, just knowing the presence where I live, I drive by sheep every other day. And sometimes I will just pull over and I’ll just watch them and I will just listen to them and I’ll look at their, their behavior. And what jumps out to me is Psalm 23 is where David says, he’s describing the shepherd. And if you need this word of encouragement, just close your eyes and let it sink in. But the Lord is my shepherd.
He lets me rest, He leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me. And even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid. Please note that the writer says he lets me rest leads me. He renews my strength. He guides me, sounds to me [00:53:00] like the shepherd is taking full responsibility for what belongs to him. So in our valley, in the dark waters, Crystal know, for a fact that your shepherd is watching over every aspect of our lives. That’s why I compiled the book stronger resilience, because I wanted people to be encouraged by the stories of resilience that men and women have gone through that everything that we go through is to make us stronger is to make us better. And at the end of the day makes us more dependent on our shepherd who goes before us. So be encouraged brothers and sisters, and know that this too shall pass ….(singing) my name is Patricia. God bless you. I love you. Be encouraged and be strengthened and know that every stormy walkthrough [00:54:00] he’s walking through with you, God bless you.
[00:54:03] Stacy Zant: Wow. Oh my word so, so incredible, Patricia. you just shifted things here for us in terms of, really, as we are getting ready to be at that place where we can marinate on all that God has spoken.
In our time together, what a blessing you are to the body, Patricia your voice. So beautiful. So rich, the scriptures, I put your scripture and your beautiful face here on the screen, as you were sharing the word with us. Yea though, I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. I will fear no evil for thou art with me, thy rod, and thy staff.
They comfort what a comfort, what a peace, what a joy we can find in our maker and [00:55:00] king. Thank you for that reminder today for sharing your voice. And those words of encouragement and I know we were all richly blessed for those who are here on clubhouse. I know the mics were just tapping, like there’s no tomorrow because it really spoke to the depths of our heart and where a lot of us are, or remember where he’s taken us from in the valley remaining steadfast in him.
And as I mentioned a little bit earlier, please send me if you have shared your voice with us, and this is your first time being on the podcast and you have not filled out the form yet, so that we can link to your podcast or to your content as a Christian content creator. Please just send me that DM record and I can send you that form when we come off.
As we’re getting ready to wrap up here, we want to hear from Vaughn and Andre, and then we’re going to close out in prayer. And Oriana always does a beautiful reset for us. We want to honor your time, your talent or treasures here today. Such a [00:56:00] blessing over to you now. Vaughn
[00:56:02] Vaughn: thank you so much, Stacy. I had really kind of stumbled in, I think Jeremy in here and I came right as a Dr. Jasmine was ministering. With being a man that passed on the ballot. And it really just, this is what’s helpful in the fact that it’s like bond you’re it reminded me that I am in a valley.
And that all of that said before about climbing out and I loved the, the biscuit that was so good. And when everybody was saying and in my valley if I thought about being set bad, it caused me to be in a place of the scripture says without faith, it’s impossible to please God.
And in the valley, it’s like, all that we can rely on is the word of God and what he’s given us or what has been revealed to us because that never changes. And he’s going to take us through. [00:57:00] And then it says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. So hearing the word of God, then believing on the word of God and then using our faith and believing what the word says. That’s my valley. And then even just listening here, it’s like you know, faith without works is dead.
So it’s not only just hearing and believing, but really acting on what it is that we’re hearing or believing. God’s been speaking to me a lot about that. I’m with you, I’m with you, and then it’s in the valley where you really learn that it feels like you’re totally alone, but really learned that I am with you. And my words and my promises I’m never going to lie. I’m always going to fulfill what I have planned for you. I’m always gonna bring you through it’s going to be some great biscuits later, even, but I love that that’s so helpful. It’s like, oh, this is really building to something that’s going to be good because he’s done it before. It may have been a different [00:58:00] circumstances or it may have been a lot less trying but been in situations before. So my steadfastness in the valley is trusting in the word that he always promised that he’s always with him and that his word will never change. And I’m going to I’m going to continue to believe and operate in the word. What is it that he told me last? And to continue to do and continue to keep my action towards what he said. It’s all going to come through all things, work together for good for them that love God and are called according to his purpose.
And that’s been the case. So that’s been my steadfastness in the valley. And I thank you for this this stage to bring that to the forefront in reality. And I need to continue to be steadfast in his words, what he’s promised it doesn’t look like what I thought it should be. It doesn’t look like it doesn’t feel like I would want it to be, it doesn’t feel mountain top at all. but this is bringing me to whole deeper level of trust to what he’s [00:59:00] promised our father as promised. And so that’s, what’s keeping me in steadfastness what he’s called to do. And I thank you for everyone. Thank you for this opportunity. My name is Vaughn I’m done speaking.
[00:59:10] Stacy Zant: Yes, Vaughn what a blessing to have you add such great reminders to our time here together today. So glad that God led you here as are connected also with our brother Jeremy, and and to hear how you’re taking this reminder and the scriptures has we are remaining steadfast together in the valley.
we do want to have you come back again and share with us as you keep growing and going in the beautiful vision and mission that God has given you as you’re serving others. I know you’re a voice brander and audio book, editor and publisher. So yes, please tap in as a Christian content creator.
And as we’re wrapping up here, we’re going to cover you brother and each of us here in prayer Andre. You are our last share today, and we’d love for you to share how are [01:00:00] you remaining steadfast in the valley?
[01:00:02] Andre: Praise God, thank you for the opportunity to speak today. My scripture lesson is, you know, a John three 16 for God. So loved the world that he gave. His only begotten son that whosoever believes in him should not, or shall not perish. And I I’m sounding the alarm that something is wrong. Something is drastically wrong with our society and all around us. I grew up in the south side of Chicago and in my city, there’s an epidemic in the black community.
My young black people are killing each other every weekend, 20 to a hundred, a weekend of being shot and I, myself. To run out into the suburbs, but my God in me will not allow me to run away and leave my fellow tribe members. For [01:01:00] example, today went out to just get my car fixed. And there’s one of my young tribal members that are locked up on drugs, dancing around, talking to himself.
And I was led to ask him, can I pray no matter how far I try to run from my tribe. I am led back to the county jail, the county jails, and my young people that are lost. And I hear all the good testimony, but I can’t run no longer. The Christ in me will not let me. And I am saying like king Josiah.
Something is wrong. Let’s go back to the scriptures. And that’s what truths ministries I brother Andre is saying let us go back to the day of Pentecost and look and examine to see if we in the [01:02:00] gospel of Christ. Thank you for the opportunity. Wow. Thank you so much.
[01:02:07] Stacy Zant: Yes, Nii is putting up here steadfast love of God and Dre. Thank you for the mission that you have embraced in keeping the word at the forefront and praying for those in the community who you are surrounded by, and God allows you to come in contact with that. You can be that witness. You can say that prayer and you can be the one standing in the gap in the need that is there.
So thank you, my brother. And we’re just so grateful that you’ve shared your voice and your testimony here with us. We want to encourage those who are able to tap into Andre as well. And you share more word and what God is doing. We always like to leave this room believing and trusting and rejoicing in what our God is able to do yet.
We may be surrounded by, despair or by darkness. [01:03:00] We are going to be the light. In the darkness and we are going to bring hope in the valley and that hope is Jesus that we’re pointing others to. So now we’re going to lift up. I feel led, let’s lift up Chicago, let’s lift up each other. Let’s lift up our brothers and our sisters who are in the forefront.
Even in the battle field, it may not be battlefield with guns, but we’re talking about, there are all sorts of battlefield. We’re in a spiritual warfare, that epidemic that you spoke off, it is so rampant. It’s so real in so many forms. And so we know we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities and warfare. And we want to pull down in prayer today, as we’re going to leave this place, rejoicing in what our God is able to do the God of our salvation. So let’s all unmute right now. And then let’s lift our voices up in prayer. Lord God, we just thank you for this day that you’ve made. [01:04:00] all that we, the finish off her feet. everything else that we [01:05:00] [01:06:00] putting around the boat us and remind God, thank you. He will go before us and you will Lord, Lord God, you will make it the same way. And we will be strengths to others in your holy precious name. We pray. We rejoice in you, the God of our salvation rock and the shield hiding place in you. And in you alone, we live and we have our being.
We just thank you for what you’ve done and what you will continue to do as we rejoice in you today. And your precious holy name, we pray. Jesus.
Amen.
Amen. Amen.
He is the [01:07:00] God in the valley. He’s the God and the mountain top. He’s the God wherever we are. Thank you, Lord. He is there. And so let us continually have a praise upon our lips as we get ready to leave this place right now. I don’t know if Nii you want to share any praise music, but we’re going to close out with that.
We’re going to be rejoicing and we are just going to go ahead and leave here knowing that God is with us remain steadfast in him, in the valley and on the mountain top
One of the last bit of words that I shared in the newsletter before we started this room the word here that I want to leave with you when things get difficult and you’re in the valley, that is when you need to lean in, get a grip and know God’s got you. Oh, confirmation after confirmation today.
Nii. Thank you, my brother for leaving us here with that beautiful reminder that God’s [01:08:00] got you. See you all again, next time. Love you all be blessed.
