Hi Radiant Pearl!

Welcome to our #RadiantArtJournaling Challenge.

This is a 10-part series that you should have jumpstarted with the Free Art Journaling webinar available here

It’s Day 4, and we only have six more days to make art (as you define it) journaling a habit.

Today we are exploring a different form of Art Journaling using die-cuts, the Cricut Cuttlebug and how to create an entry you will look back on and smile because it made you experience a closeness to your Maker while you exemplified the creator in every essence of His nature.

By now, you may have noticed how important it is to create with the vision in mind as I love to talk about in my weekly Podcast and now we’re going to incorporate some other elements that will engage your artistic side deeper.

Right now, with the chaos that sometimes envelopes our world, art journaling is just the respite we need to turn our attention to the peaceful method of exercising creativity.

By now, you may have noticed how important it is to create with the vision in mind and now we’re going to incorporate some other elements that will engage your artistic side deeper.

Are you ready for this? I enjoyed using my Cuttlebug recently (with the alternative being The Sizzix Die Cutting and Embossing Machine) to make die cuts for the first time and I must admit, although I have been a Cricut Maker user for almost two years now and picked up the Cricut Cuttlebug on a great deal over the holidays. Like so many crafters and creators who love a great deal, I am just now finally putting this purchase in my Renovated Home Office ( a total labor of love while in Quarantine) to use!

Taking time to art journal consistently takes discipline and making a conscious effort to show up for yourself for an extended period of time. Meditation is an excellent perk of art journaling and going through the contemplative process of creating.

I can’t wait to see how many more ways I can use this little gem in the projects to come. In this art journaling tutorial, I get to use one of my all time favorite Bible Journaling Materials-You guessed it! Stamps 😉 You can find all the materials I used here:

  1. Art Journal
  2. Echo Park Paper Co. Designer Dies (Faith & Hope)
  3. Dare 2B Artzy Clear Stamps
  4. Ranger Journal Block
  5. Art Philosophy by Prima Palette Metallic Set
  6. Magical bougainvillea Fuchsia Powder
  7. Sequins
  8. Gold Shimmer Cardstock Scrapbook Paper for Die Cuts

Above you will find your Day 4 video prepared just for you.

Art Journaling has done so much for me personally and I hear from those who practice the discipline of art journaling how much it helps them on their journey to wellness as they are encouraged to be mindful in the process of creating art.

I want that for you as you embark on a process to engage your fingers, your mind, your soul and heart in making something uniquely beautiful that you first envision and then you can hold between the palm of your hands.

I hope this will give you the push and support you desire to plan, create and accomplish your goals to “A Most Radiant & Fearless You” the month ahead.

After watching this video, I want you to share with me and your fellow 10 Day Art Journaling Challenge participants a photo of one of the three things (The Book you read, The Podcast/Audio you listened to and the journal entry you made with your plans, hopes, dreams and goals) you completed today. Don’t forget to use the #RadiantArtJournaling

Looking forward to seeing what you share over in our interactive Radiant Pearl Facebook group where you can interact with other radiant dreamers, goal setters and  visionary dreamers Art Journaling their way to healing.

Lovingly & Creatively until tomorrow,

Stacy Zant
